Energy Partners GmbH to Supply Rheinmetall with Green Energy Solutions for Sustainability Goals
Energy Partners GmbH has partnered with Rheinmetall to develop over 20 MW of photovoltaic capacity and more than 10 MWh of battery storage to support Rheinmetall's CO2 reduction and energy independence goals. The initial project, featuring a 1.5 MW PV system and battery storage, will be located in Neuss, North Rhine-Westphalia, with construction slated to begin in Q1 2026 and finish by Q2 2026. Energy Partners, a subsidiary of MaxSolar GmbH, will manage the implementation of these renewable energy projects.

Energy Partners GmbH and Rheinmetall have initiated a partnership to develop over 20 MW of photovoltaic (PV) capacity and more than 10 MWh of battery storage across various locations. The project aims to support Rheinmetall's CO2 reduction strategies and enhance energy independence.
The first project will be located in Neuss, North Rhine-Westphalia, featuring a 1.5 MW PV system and a battery storage solution, with construction starting in Q1 2026 and completion expected by Q2 2026. Energy Partners, a subsidiary of MaxSolar GmbH, will independently implement the projects, focusing on efficient renewable energy utilization to lower operational costs and increase independence from external energy sources.
