EnerSys Launches DataSafe HX530T and HX600T Batteries for High-Rate UPS Applications
EnerSys has introduced its DataSafe HX530T and DataSafe HX600T lead batteries for high-rate UPS applications in data centers and critical power systems. These new models utilize thin plate pure lead (TPPL) technology to enhance performance and power density.
Designed to meet the demands of changing operating conditions such as increased power density and temperature fluctuations, the HX530T and HX600T models are engineered for short-duration, high-rate UPS discharge and maintain strong recharging capabilities. They feature lower internal resistance for improved recharge characteristics and are made from over 99% recyclable materials.
The batteries integrate seamlessly into existing UPS systems without requiring changes to installation procedures. They are currently available in North America.
