ENGIE Secures Financing for Poland's First Utility-Scale Offshore Wind Farm
ENGIE has finalized project financing for Poland's inaugural utility-scale offshore wind development, the BC-Wind project, in a 50/50 joint venture with EDP Renewables. The project secured approximately €2 billion in financing from various lenders, including the European Investment Bank and Instituto de Crédito Oficial. Once operational, it will supply electricity to 500,000 households, supporting Poland's shift towards clean energy.
