Enlight Advances $3 Billion Solar and BESS Project in Arizona with New Agreements
Enlight has signed a 1GWac interconnection agreement for its CO Bar Complex in Arizona, alongside two 20-year agreements with Salt River Project for energy storage. The project includes five stages, all expected to achieve safe harbour status by 2025. Federal policies pose challenges for importing materials, particularly from China. Construction on CO Bar 1-2 has progressed, with full mobilization for CO Bar 3-5 expected within a year. Enlight also secured $1.44 billion for its Snowflake A project, which combines solar and energy storage, and finalized two tax equity partnerships for its Roadrunner project.
