Enlight has signed a 1GWac interconnection agreement for its CO Bar Complex in Arizona and entered two 20-year agreements with Salt River Project for energy storage stages CO Bar 4 and 5. All five stages are set to achieve safe harbour status by 2025.

Federal policies are complicating material sourcing, particularly from China, with new regulations increasing thresholds for foreign entity reliance. Construction on CO Bar 1-2 is advancing, while CO Bar 3-5 is projected to be fully mobilized in the next 12 months. Additionally, Enlight secured $1.44 billion for its Snowflake A project, which integrates 600MW of solar PV and 1,900MWh of storage, and completed partnerships totaling $340 million for its Roadrunner project.
