Enpulsion Secures €22.5 Million Investment from Nordwind Growth for Space Mobility Expansion
Austrian aerospace company Enpulsion has raised €22.5 million in funding from German investor Nordwind Growth. This investment marks Nordwind's first entry into the space sector. Enpulsion specializes in electric propulsion systems for micro and nanosatellites, utilizing FEEP technology. The funding will be used to enhance production capacity and develop integrated space mobility solutions, positioning Enpulsion as a leader in the growing satellite mobility market.

Enpulsion, an Austrian aerospace firm, has completed a €22.5 million funding round with Nordwind Growth as the investor, marking the firm's first investment in the space sector. The company develops electric propulsion systems for micro and nanosatellites using FEEP technology, which converts liquid metal into charged particles for propulsion.
With over 320 systems in orbit, Enpulsion is already profitable and aims to expand its market presence, particularly in the U.S. The investment will be allocated to increasing production capacity and advancing integrated space mobility solutions, reflecting a strategic shift from propulsion systems to comprehensive mobility offerings in orbit.
