Eolus has sold the Fågelås, Dållebo, and Boarp onshore wind parks, totaling 88 MW, to Mirova, a subsidiary of Natixis Investment Managers. Mirova acquired full ownership of the wind parks, which are equipped with Vestas turbines and secured a 15-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for a significant portion of their annual electricity output.

Alongside the sale, Eolus and Mirova established a 15-year asset management agreement and will collaborate on developing battery energy storage systems at each site. The wind parks, located in Sweden's SE3 price area, began construction in spring 2024 and achieved substantial completion in Q3 2025. This deal is part of Eolus's strategy to deliver high-quality assets to investors.
