EOS IM Acquires 60% Stake in Compton Industriale for E-Waste Recycling
EOS Investment Management Group, through its EOS Next Transition II fund, has acquired a 60% stake in Compton Industriale, specializing in electronic waste recycling. The acquisition is part of a strategy to expand production capacity and technology scalability. Compton is expected to achieve nearly €10 million in revenue by 2025, with significant growth projected. The deal aligns with increasing regulatory pressure in Europe for e-waste management and the anticipated rise in recyclable materials from solar panels, projected to reach a market value of $80 billion by 2050.

EOS Investment Management Group (EOS IM) has acquired a 60% stake in Compton Industriale through its EOS Next Transition II fund. Compton Industriale specializes in designing and manufacturing machinery for recycling electronic materials, particularly solar panels and batteries.
The company anticipates reaching nearly €10 million in revenue by 2025, following a move to a new 5,000 sqm facility and aiming for over 50% growth by 2026. The global e-waste market, driven by solar panel end-of-life volumes, is expected to generate significant recyclable materials, with a projected value of $80 billion by 2050. The acquisition supports EOS IM's strategy in energy transition and circular economy investments.
