Errington Metals Expands Balfour Mineralization in 2026 Drilling Program
Errington Metals Corp. has successfully expanded the mineralized footprint at its Balfour Zone, enhancing its geological model to support a future mineral resource estimate. Significant silver grades, including a peak of 226.3 grams per tonne, were reported, indicating robust polymetallic potential in the Sudbury Basin.

Errington Metals Corp. has expanded the mineralized zones at the Balfour site by 100 metres eastward and 50 metres down dip through its 2026 drilling program. The program, part of the Sudbury Basin Project, aims to support a planned mineral resource estimate and has identified attractive silver grades, with highlights including 7.2m grading 1.40% copper, 4.99% zinc, and 146.4 gpt silver.
Ongoing work includes borehole electromagnetic surveys and airborne magnetic surveys to refine geological targets. The current drill program encompasses 45,000 metres aimed at assessing regional targets and advancing resource estimation.
The mineralization is interpreted as part of a volcanogenic massive sulphide system, with assays consistent with previous results. Errington’s methodology adheres to industry standards, ensuring reliable assay results.
