Nexcel Metals Initiates Core Re-Sampling Program at Burnt Hill Tungsten Project
Nexcel Metals Corp. has launched a core re-sampling program at its Burnt Hill tungsten project in New Brunswick, focusing on 26 historical diamond drill holes totaling 5,687 meters. This initiative aims to validate historical data and support future mineral resource estimates essential for the company’s growth in the tungsten market.

Nexcel Metals Corp. has commenced a core re-sampling initiative at its Burnt Hill tungsten project, targeting 26 historical drill holes from 1979 with a cumulative length of 5,687 meters. The program intends to re-evaluate a significant portion of the core that remains untested, focusing on both whole core sampling and previously unsampled mineralized sections to enhance resource estimates.
Phase 1 drilling is scheduled to begin within the month, and an independent geological firm is conducting geostatistical analyses to prepare for a future mineral resource estimate. The historical resource estimate includes inferred resources of 1.761 million tons at 0.292% WO3 and indicated resources of 1.520 million tons at 0.263% WO3, indicating the project's potential for economic viability.
