The acquisition involved 9,100,000 common shares and a potential CAD $1,000,000 milestone cash payment contingent on achieving specific project milestones. The Cabin Lake Project spans 2,363 hectares and is prospective for various minerals, while the Tyee Project covers 10,136 hectares in a significant titanium-bearing district.
