Euro Manganese Reports Q4 2023 Results and Project Developments
Euro Manganese Inc. announced a non-dilutive financing package of $100 million to advance the Chvaletice manganese project. Key developments include progress on environmental assessments and securing land access to 85% of manganese reserves.

Euro Manganese Inc. has secured a $100 million financing package to support the Chvaletice manganese project, with an initial $20 million received at closing. The financing is structured into a convertible loan facility and royalty financing, designed to meet project funding requirements.
The company has also received positive verification from external labs regarding the production of high-purity manganese sulfate (HPMSM) and has submitted revised environmental documentation to the Czech Ministry of Environment. The project now has secured access to about 85% of the manganese reserves, with additional land acquisition negotiations ongoing.
Furthermore, the Chvaletice project has been selected for support under the Minerals Security Partnership, enhancing its strategic position in the EU's battery supply chain. The company reported cash and equivalents of approximately CAD 7.6 million at the end of Q4 2023, down from CAD 10.9 million in Q3, indicating financial pressures as operational costs rise.
