European Green Transition is set to acquire the O&M Business from Arena Capital Partners' liquidators for £3.5 million. The acquisition includes a 100% interest in Earthmill Maintenance Ltd, based in Harrogate, and an 85% interest in WEP Wind Energy Partnership Ltd in the Republic of Ireland, as well as a 52% stake in Anemos Analytics Ltd, a Scottish software company.

The businesses collectively manage over 900 wind turbines in the UK and Ireland, generating around £14.7 million in revenue and £900,000 in adjusted EBITDA in 2025. The deal positions European Green Transition for growth in the renewable energy sector following the recent lifting of restrictions on onshore wind projects in the UK.
