Eva Live Proposes $16M Acquisition of Airbeam Wireless for Defense and AI Infrastructure Growth

Eva Live Inc. (NASDAQ: GOAI) has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire a controlling 51% interest in Airbeam Wireless Technologies Inc. for approximately $16 million. The acquisition will grant access to over 260 patents and advanced millimeter-wave semiconductor technology, built on more than $150 million in prior investments.

This strategic move positions Eva Live within the rapidly growing sectors of autonomous defense systems, AI communications, and satellite networking, which together are projected to represent a $3 trillion opportunity. Post-acquisition, Eva Defense aims to expedite development in AI-powered drone communications, smart city infrastructure, and lunar communications, among others. The integration of Airbeam's technologies could significantly enhance the performance and resilience of autonomous communications in contested environments, impacting military capabilities and future space infrastructure development.
