Expion360 Inc. and Dealer Accessory Supply have announced a partnership to launch the DASGen Hybrid Energy Storage System, aimed at the industrial market. The system serves as an energy buffer for diesel generators, optimizing their operation based on load requirements.

In a deployment at a construction site, the system successfully reduced generator runtime and diesel consumption. Dealer Accessory Supply will assemble DASGen, while Expion360 will supply battery technology and manage marketing. The lithium-ion batteries offer significant advantages over traditional lead-acid batteries, including reduced weight and increased power.
