Extreme Group Acquires GPS IT to Expand Multicloud and Data Center Services in Brazil
Extreme Group, Brazil's first federal cloud broker, has acquired GPS IT for approximately R$ 50 million as part of its growth strategy. The company, which generated R$ 600 million in revenue last year, aims for R$ 1.5 billion by 2028. This acquisition enhances its capabilities in physical infrastructure, connectivity, storage, and information security, addressing a gap in corporate hardware and network services. The move is part of a broader strategy to integrate solutions amidst growing demand for data centers and advanced technologies.

Extreme Group has acquired GPS IT for about R$ 50 million, enhancing its multicloud services and physical infrastructure capabilities. The company, which generated R$ 600 million in revenue last year, aims to reach R$ 1.5 billion by 2028.
This acquisition allows the group to expand into hardware, connectivity, and information security. The company has previously acquired O3S and Beyond, strengthening its position as Brazil's ninth largest service integrator. With no plans to operate its own data centers, the group focuses on integrating advanced technologies to meet increasing demands in the market.
