FACC AG Transitions from Ski Manufacturer to Global Aviation Supplier
FACC AG, a global player in the aviation industry, originated from the Austrian ski manufacturer Fischer. Established in 1989, FACC has evolved to employ approximately 3,900 people at 15 locations worldwide. Key milestones include significant contracts for Airbus and McDonnell Douglas and acquisition by AVIC in 2009, enhancing its focus on sustainable aviation components.
