FADU Achieves First Profit and Record Sales Driven by AI Data Center Demand
FADU reported Q1 sales of 59.5 billion won, marking a 210% year-over-year increase and its first operating profit since listing. The surge in revenue is driven by heightened demand for SSD controllers from cloud operators expanding AI infrastructure.

FADU has announced first-quarter sales reaching 59.5 billion won, a 209.8% increase from the previous year, alongside an operating profit of 7.7 billion won. This performance surpasses the company's projected full-year 2024 revenue of 43.5 billion won.
The growth is attributed to increased orders from major cloud operators enhancing their AI infrastructure, with enterprise SSD demand rising as data centers expand. FADU's new orders total 166.3 billion won, and the company anticipates continued growth in the second half of 2026 as production ramps for cloud clients. The results indicate a solid position within the global supply chains of hyperscalers, suggesting that enterprise hardware suppliers are effectively capitalizing on AI infrastructure investments.
