The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has issued the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for FirstLight Hydro Generating Co.'s Turners Falls Dam and Northfield Mountain Pumped Storage Station, facilitating the relicensing process initiated in October 2012.
