FFNRG Power, Sourcecolo, and Innovo Solutions Form Alliance to Develop Private Utility Data Parks in the US
FFNRG Power Group, Sourcecolo Data Systems, and Innovo Solutions have partnered to establish a coalition aimed at developing eight Private Utility Data Parks across the U.S. over the next two years. These parks will feature on-site green energy production and advanced heat and power systems, generating up to 75 megawatts of clean power each, while also implementing carbon mitigation strategies. Construction is set to begin in 2026, creating hundreds of jobs in the process.

FFNRG Power Group, Sourcecolo Data Systems, and Innovo Solutions have formed a national coalition to develop Private Utility Data Parks across the United States. Over the next two years, they aim to create eight self-sustaining data parks that will integrate on-site green energy production and advanced combined heat and power systems, generating up to 75 megawatts of clean power per park.
Each park will support a 100,000-square-foot data center without relying on local utilities. The initiative includes a carbon mitigation strategy for carbon-negative energy performance, incorporating CO₂ capture and utilization.
Construction is expected to create hundreds of jobs in various sectors. The first four parks will break ground in 2026, with the remaining four in 2027.
