Fleet Space Technologies Partners with Saudi Arabia for Major Mining Exploration Initiative

Fleet Space Technologies has entered a multimillion-dollar agreement with Saudi miner Maaden to conduct one of the largest mining exploration programs globally. The initiative incorporates satellite-connected seismic sensors and AI-driven data processing to expedite the identification of mineral deposits.

In 2025 alone, the company mapped approximately 12,000 square kilometers in Saudi Arabia, highlighting the project's substantial scale. By leveraging real-time data transmission, the program aims to significantly reduce exploration timelines from years to days.

This effort is essential as the demand for critical minerals grows amid the global energy transition. The World Mining Congress 2026 will feature discussions on these advancements, emphasizing the integration of technology in mineral exploration.
