Flexitallic has launched INTEGRA Technologies UK at its Ellesmere Port facility in Cheshire, supported by a £750,000 investment. This new division aims to provide fully integrated maintenance and asset integrity support, combining sealing design and manufacturing expertise with on-site engineering services.

The INTEGRA division incorporates Flexitallic's cloud-based joint management platform, Flexlogics®, enhancing joint traceability and integrating calculations, training, asset management, and workflows with field-based inspection and maintenance services. Target sectors include oil and gas, chemical processing, power generation, hydrogen, nuclear, aviation, and aerospace. Initial services will cover joint inspection, integrity management, and bolt tensioning, with additional services planned in the future.
