Fluidstack Exits €10 Billion AI Data Center Project in France to Focus on US Market

Fluidstack Ltd. has withdrawn from a €10 billion AI data center project in Bosquel, France, shifting focus to the US market after securing larger contracts. The project was a crucial part of France's AI ambitions, announced by President Macron.
Local authorities are now seeking new developers. Additionally, Fluidstack has exited a second project near Paris. The company plans to move its headquarters to New York and has formed a $50 billion deal with Anthropic for data centers in New York and Texas. Fluidstack is also negotiating a $700 million funding round that would value it at $7 billion.
