Freehill Mining Secures $1.5 Million Placement for Copper-Gold Exploration in Chile
Freehill Mining Limited has secured $1.5 million through a share placement at $0.003 per share to fund exploration and development of copper-gold projects in Chile. The placement includes options exercisable at $0.005 and will support various initiatives, including the Blanco y Negro project and the Joshua copper porphyry project. The placement is expected to be completed by March 10, 2026.

Freehill Mining Limited has received commitments for a $1.5 million share placement priced at $0.003 per share, with an attached option exercisable at $0.005. The placement, undertaken at a 16% discount, aims to fund exploration and development of copper-gold projects in region IV of Chile, including the Blanco y Negro project and the Joshua copper porphyry project.
The company will issue 500 million shares, with completion expected by March 10, 2026. Alpine Capital acted as Lead Manager for the placement, receiving a 7% fee and options on the same terms. Issuance is subject to ASX Listing Rules and shareholder approval.
