FuelCell Energy to Release Q4 2025 Financial Results on December 18 Amid Restructuring and Revenue Growth

FuelCell Energy will release its fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 financial results on December 18. The company is undergoing a corporate restructuring that includes a 22 percent workforce reduction to cut annual operating expenses by 30 percent, while focusing on carbonate-based distributed power generation solutions for the data center market.

Despite a 97 percent revenue increase to $46.7 million in Q3 and a 67 percent rise to $37.4 million in Q2, the company reported a gross loss of $9.4 million in Q2. Recently, FuelCell Energy secured $25 million in debt financing from the U.S.

Export-Import Bank for the Gyeonggi Green Energy project in South Korea, aimed at upgrading 42 fuel cell modules. Investors will be watching for insights on margin development and restructuring progress in the upcoming report.
