Gadeokdo New Airport Construction Corporation to Move into Bando Ivy Planet in Busan
Bando Construction announced that the Gadeokdo New Airport Construction Corporation will occupy its knowledge industry center, 'Bando Ivy Planet,' in Busan's Eco Delta City. A ceremony to finalize the occupancy took place on the 30th, attended by executives from both organizations.
The agreement aims to enhance collaboration for the center's operation. The Gadeokdo corporation plans to move in by late October next year, with affiliated agencies and partner companies also expected to join.
Eco Delta City is set to host significant developments, including an AI data center projected to be the largest in South Korea by 2028. In July, eligible sectors for the center expanded to include 15 new fields. Infrastructure improvements, such as the Eomgung Bridge and a new railway station, are anticipated to increase the area's future value.
