Galaxy Digital Receives ERCOT Approval for 830 MW Expansion at Helios Data Center
Galaxy Digital has received ERCOT approval for an 830 megawatt expansion at its Helios data center in West Texas, raising its total capacity to approximately 1.6 gigawatts. The company plans to partner for this new capacity as part of its goal to develop a 3.5 gigawatt data center campus. Additionally, Galaxy closed its first tokenized collateralized loan obligation on the Avalanche blockchain, securing $75 million with potential for expansion to $200 million.
