Galaxy Digital Receives ERCOT Approval for 830 MW Expansion at Helios Data Center

Galaxy Digital received approval from ERCOT for an additional 830 megawatts at its Helios data center in West Texas, increasing total capacity to approximately 1.6 gigawatts. The company plans to seek partners for the new capacity and aims to build a 3.5 gigawatt data center campus.

Additionally, Galaxy announced the closing of its first tokenized collateralized loan obligation (CLO) on the Avalanche blockchain, securing $75 million with potential expansion to $200 million. The approval is viewed as a significant step in enhancing Galaxy's operations and market position.
