Galaxy Digital Secures 830 MW Approval for Helios Data Center in Texas
Galaxy Digital Inc. has received ERCOT approval for an additional 830 MW at its Helios data center in West Texas, raising its total capacity to over 1.6 GW. This expansion is part of a multi-gigawatt AI data center campus, with initial power delivery expected in early 2026. The company is also pursuing further opportunities for power and land in Texas and beyond.

Galaxy Digital Inc. completed a Large Load Interconnection Study and received approval from ERCOT for an additional 830 MW at its Helios data center in West Texas, increasing total approved capacity to over 1.6 GW. This expansion supports the development of a multi-gigawatt AI data center campus and includes a service agreement with AEP Texas.
Construction is underway for initial power delivery in early 2026, positioning Galaxy among leading data center developers in North America. The company is exploring additional opportunities for power and land in Texas and other regions.
