Galaxy Digital Secures ERCOT Approval for 830 MW Power Expansion in Texas
Galaxy Digital Inc. has received approval for an 830 MW power expansion at its Helios data center in Texas, increasing its total capacity to over 1.6 GW, with power delivery expected by early 2026. Additionally, the company completed its first tokenized collateralized loan obligation, Galaxy CLO 2025-1, on the Avalanche blockchain, providing a credit line for Arch Lending with potential scalability up to $200 million.

Galaxy Digital Inc. secured approval for an additional 830 MW of power at its Helios data center in Texas, doubling its capacity to over 1.6 GW, with initial power delivery expected in early 2026. Construction is underway under a lease with CoreWeave.
The company also completed its first tokenized collateralized loan obligation, Galaxy CLO 2025-1, on the Avalanche blockchain, which supports a credit line for Arch Lending, with potential to scale up to $200 million. The CLO reflects Galaxy's strategy to enhance its lending capabilities and marks its first foray into onchain credit markets.
