PTT Global Chemical (GC) has announced a partnership with Siam Piwat Group to expand the 'From Kitchen to Creation' project, which collects used cooking oil (UCO) from Siam Paragon restaurants for conversion into clean energy and bio-products. Siam Paragon is the first shopping mall in Thailand to participate, and the project has now extended to Siam Center and Siam Discovery, providing up to 800 kilograms of UCO per month to GC.

This initiative aims to integrate UCO into GC's biorefinery value chain and supports the production of sustainable aviation fuel, reducing greenhouse gas emissions significantly. The collaboration emphasizes sustainable practices and the circular economy in waste management for the retail sector.
