GCEDC Challenges Orleans County's Objections to Data Center SEQR

The Genesee County Economic Development Center (GCEDC) is contesting Orleans County's move to block its lead agency status for the State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) of the Project Double Reed data center. Attorney Adam S. Walters criticized Orleans County's objections as unfounded in a letter to New York State Department of Environmental Conservation officials dated January 26.
