GCEDC Challenges Orleans County's Objections to Data Center SEQR
The Genesee County Economic Development Center (GCEDC) is challenging Orleans County's attempt to revoke its lead agency status for the State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) of the Project Double Reed data center.
