GDS Holdings reported Q2 2026 net revenue of RMB3.09 billion, a 6.5% increase from the previous year, with significant contributions from data center demand. Net income soared to RMB837.6 million, reversing a loss from the prior year and resulting in a net margin of 27.1%.
Total committed and pre-committed area rose 18.2% to 784,802 square meters, with a utilization rate of 79.2%. GDS raised its 2026 revenue guidance to RMB12.7 billion to RMB13 billion and adjusted EBITDA to RMB5.9 billion to RMB6.1 billion, while increasing planned capital expenditures to RMB10 billion.
