GEDCOL SAIL Power Corporation Limited (GSPCL) is establishing a 10 MW Small Hydro Electric Project at Mandira Dam in Sundergarh district. GSPCL, a joint venture of GEDCOL and SAIL, signed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) on December 24, 2025.

The agreement stipulates that the entire power generated will be supplied to RSP, with power evacuation managed through the Kuaramunda Grid Sub-station. The ceremony included officials such as the Odisha Principal Secretary for Energy and the CMD of OHPC.
