Genesee County Drain Commissioner Division of Water & Waste Services has expanded its MentorAPM partnership, integrating three key solutions. This move aims to enhance asset data management and optimize capital planning processes.

Genesee County Drain Commissioner Division of Water & Waste Services (GCDC-WWS) has expanded its collaboration with MentorAPM, integrating MentorLens, Risk & Criticality Analyzer, and Asset Investment Planner. MentorLens facilitates asset data collection at significantly lower costs and faster speeds, enhancing operational efficiency.
GCDC-WWS will utilize the Risk and Criticality Analyzer to develop dynamic risk models, improving the assessment of critical assets. This approach supports more accurate capital improvement planning based on real-time data. The integration of these solutions positions GCDC-WWS to transition from reactive to proactive management, optimizing resources for sustainable water utility operations, potentially reducing future maintenance costs.
