Ghana and UAE Partner on $1 Billion AI Innovation Hub in Greater Accra
Ghana has signed a $1 billion agreement with the UAE to develop a technology and AI hub in Ningo-Prampram, set to begin construction in 2026. The 25-square-kilometer project will feature a Tier IV data center and aims to create tens of thousands of jobs while enhancing 5G networks and renewable energy systems across the country. The initiative seeks to attract global tech companies and improve digital services in Ghana.
