Ghana and UAE Partner on $1 Billion AI Innovation Hub in Greater Accra

Ghana signed a $1 billion agreement with the UAE to establish a technology and AI hub in Ningo-Prampram, set to begin construction in 2026. The hub will span 25 square kilometers and include a Tier IV data center, advanced computing infrastructure, and a startup studio.
It aims to create tens of thousands of jobs and attract global tech companies. The project will also enhance 5G networks and renewable energy systems, improving digital services across Ghana.
