Global Environmental Solutions, LLC (GES) announced the acquisition of Environmental Controls Company, LLC (ECC), effective January 25, 2026. This acquisition enhances GES's water infrastructure capabilities by integrating ECC's modular floating cover technologies used in stormwater systems, reservoirs, and wastewater treatment.

GES will maintain support for ECC's current customers and plans to invest in logistics and technical support. The expanded product line will be branded as EnviroBalls™, aimed at various applications including evaporation mitigation and bird management, with a commitment to domestic manufacturing.
