Global PMX Reports NT$7.82 Billion Revenue, Shifts Focus to AI Server Cooling
Global PMX's revenue reached NT$7.823 billion in 2025, with a strategic pivot towards AI server cooling systems. This shift aligns with a growing trend among Taiwanese thermal suppliers as demand for advanced cooling solutions accelerates in data centers.

Global PMX, a thermal solution manufacturer based in Taiwan, achieved a revenue of NT$7.823 billion (US$249.3 million) for the year 2025, reflecting a 1.71% increase from the previous year. The company's net income stood at NT$696 million, driven by cost improvements and a revised product mix.
Global PMX is transitioning toward cooling systems specifically designed for AI servers, responding to increasing demands for compute infrastructure. The trend of adopting liquid cooling is gaining momentum as data center operators address challenges related to heat density from advanced AI chips.
This shift is projected to result in liquid cooling systems constituting 20% of total sales for some manufacturers within two years, a significant increase from previous years. Companies involved in large-scale AI deployment should anticipate liquid cooling becoming a standard requirement. Supply chain leaders should remain vigilant regarding Taiwan’s thermal suppliers due to their substantial market influence, as capacity constraints may impact data center development.
