Global Power Solutions Corp. signed a Letter of Intent with Northern Hydrogen to jointly develop modular hydrogen-based power systems scalable from 80 kW to over 1,000 MW. Global Power plans to construct an 80-kW demonstration facility within 12 months with a budget of CAD $3.5 million.

The company aims to achieve 100 MW of capacity by the end of 2028, 1,000 MW by 2030, and 2,000 MW by 2035. Manufacturing will be established in British Columbia. The Licensors will retain ownership of intellectual property, while Global Power will handle commercialization and project funding.
