Global, a UK energy and infrastructure services group, reported a significant increase in revenue, rising to £330 million for the 2024-25 period, up from £253 million in the previous year. EBITDA reached £34 million, up from £23 million.

The company's strategic plan aims to achieve annual revenues of £500 million within three years, supported by the divestment of the Port of Nigg to Mitsui and MOL. Global is focusing on sustainable energy projects, including onshore and offshore wind, carbon capture, and hydrogen initiatives.

GEG Capital, now consolidated under the Global brand, also saw increased activity, driven by acquisitions in energy and construction. The group is expanding its operations with plans for a new 2,000m² headquarters at Inverness Campus Freeport and aims to create hundreds of skilled jobs while transitioning to a hybrid investor-operator model.
