Goodman has submitted a SEARS application to develop a data center campus known as Project Atlas in Eastern Creek, Sydney. The project includes two three-story data center buildings totaling 99,310 sqm (1 million sq ft) with a capacity of up to 500MW, alongside an on-site substation.

The company could invest up to AU$5 billion (US$3.37bn) in this development, which will replace the existing vacant distribution center previously used by Coles. The 17-hectare site is adjacent to a data center campus operated by CDC.

Goodman is also advancing multiple data center projects in Sydney, including a 126MW facility in Guildford West and plans for an 80MW redevelopment of former ABC studios in North Shore. The company has a power pipeline of 5GW, with 3.4GW secured for operational use.
