Goodwin International and ILF Limited Finalists for 2026 Manufacturer of the Year
Goodwin International and ILF Limited are finalists for the Manufacturer of the Year Award at the 2026 Staffordshire Chambers Business Awards. With significant turnover growth and job creation plans, both companies exemplify resilience and innovation in UK manufacturing.

Goodwin International has achieved a 55% pre-tax profit growth in FY2024, contributing to strong year-on-year turnover increases. The company plans to create up to 100 skilled jobs in Staffordshire following planning approval for new production units in 2025.
ILF Limited, the UK's sole commercial copper bar producer, saw its turnover rise from £15.7m in 2024 to £20m in 2025, with a projected £22m for 2026. This growth is fueled by a £4.5m machinery investment and expansion at their Cannock base.
Both firms will have their awards revealed at a ceremony on July 9, 2026. The awards highlight the importance of innovation and workforce retention in sustaining growth in the manufacturing sector.
