The collaboration aims to improve services like bidding and the Electronic Information System, benefiting over 1 million citizens. Castro is also seeking foreign investments in sustainability and technology during his European tour.

Governor Cláudio Castro met with Denmark's Digital Government Agency in Copenhagen to share experiences and expand the digital public services of Rio de Janeiro. The focus will be on promoting sustainable public procurement and integrated digital governance to modernize public administration.
Future meetings will involve technical teams from both governments. Rio de Janeiro aims to improve services like bidding and enhance the Electronic Information System (SEI), which has impacted over 1 million citizens.
The state has the most modern public data center in Brazil and launched the Phygital concept, combining physical and digital service units across 16 cities. Castro is also seeking foreign investments in sustainability and technology during his European tour, which includes meetings in Italy and England.
