Graham secured the top position in the February league table with contracts totaling £325.6m, including a £286m project to build two high-rise buildings for Manchester Metropolitan University and Unite Students in Hulme, set to provide 2,302 rooms by 2030. Skanska came in second with a £273m office refurbishment in London, while Robertson ranked third with 14 jobs worth £242.8m, including a £131m redevelopment of St Andrews golf course.
Kier placed fourth with 12 jobs totaling £187.8m, collaborating on a £525m wastewater treatment project. Strabag maintained its annual lead with £2.93bn in contracts.
