Greece has achieved a milestone with the delivery of two Toyota MIRAI hydrogen fuel cell vehicles to the Municipality of Loutraki - Perachora - Agioi Theodoroi and Olympia Odos. This deployment, part of the TRIERES project, is co-financed by project partners and represents the first integration of hydrogen-powered vehicles into a municipal fleet in Greece.
The project aims to create an integrated hydrogen ecosystem, covering production, storage, distribution, and refuelling infrastructure. Motor Oil Group coordinates the TRIERES initiative, which involves 26 partners across five countries and is funded by the Clean Hydrogen Partnership under Horizon Europe.
