Green Capital to Build Major Energy Storage Facility in Lower Silesia, Poland
Green Capital is set to construct a large-scale energy storage facility in Lwówek Śląski, enhancing energy system reliability. This project aligns with the company's strategy to meet increasing demand for flexible energy resources and supports renewable energy integration in Poland.

Green Capital plans to begin construction of a significant energy storage site in Lwówek Śląski in Q2 2026. The project is part of a broader portfolio of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) aimed at addressing the growing demand for regulatory resources within the energy sector.
The contract with Electrum encompasses full EPC work, including design, technology supply, construction, and integration with the power grid, along with a five-year operations and maintenance agreement. The facility will utilize Electrum's proprietary digital systems for optimized operational and market performance. With over 400 completed energy projects and more than 3 GW of managed power, Electrum is positioned as a leader in energy transformation in the region.
