GreenTech Metals Raises A$7.5 Million for Munni Munni Project
GreenTech Metals Limited has secured A$7.5 million to advance exploration at the Munni Munni Project in Western Australia. This funding, part of a larger capital raise exceeding A$12 million in six months, enhances the potential for resource development in the region.
GreenTech Metals Limited has raised A$7.5 million through an equity placement to support exploration and development at the Munni Munni Platinum-Palladium-Copper-Nickel Project in Western Australia. Alien Metals Limited holds a 30% interest in this project, with costs covered until a bankable feasibility study is completed.
In conjunction with this raise, Alien sold nine million shares at A$0.075 each, generating approximately A$700,000 for its asset progression. The capital raise will occur in two tranches, with Alien's stake in GreenTech increasing to 10% post-allotment. The Munni Munni Project has a historic resource of 2.2 million ounces of platinum group metals and gold, potentially influencing future investment and exploration strategies in the area.
