GreenYellow Secures €800 Million for Decentralized Energy, Unoenergy Transforms Pavia's Water Management
GreenYellow has completed a strategic financing round exceeding €800 million to enhance its role in flexible electrification. Concurrently, Unoenergy is set to implement a renewable energy self-consumption system in Pavia, transforming local water resource management.

GreenYellow has announced the successful closure of a strategic financing deal worth over €800 million, marking the largest operation in the company's history aimed at establishing its leadership in electrification services. In Lombardy, Unoenergy Green Solutions has won a contract with Pavia Acque for a large-scale renewable energy self-consumption system across 185 municipalities.
This initiative will target 15 primary substations, addressing the high energy consumption of the water sector, which uses approximately 65,000 MWh annually in Pavia. Both GreenYellow's financing and Unoenergy's project signify a shift in energy management, emphasizing the strategic importance of decentralized and integrated energy infrastructures.
