GridStor Advances Multiple Energy Storage Projects in Texas and California
GridStor is constructing a 220MW/440MWh BESS in Texas, operational by late 2026, while its other projects in Texas and Arizona are also underway. Arevon Energy has secured $920 million for its 300MW/1,200MWh Nighthawk Energy Storage Project in California, employing over 130 workers. Primergy refinanced its Gemini Solar and Storage Project in Nevada for $760 million. Additionally, Envirotech Vehicles is developing a pilot energy-integrated data center in South Texas, supported by a $10.5 million financing transaction.

GridStor's Hidden Lakes Reliability Project, a 220MW/440MWh BESS in Texas, began operations in November 2025. The Gunnar BESS, also in Texas, is under construction and will serve the Lower Rio Grande Valley.
Arevon Energy closed a $920 million financing for its Nighthawk Energy Storage Project in California, involving a $482 million debt facility. Primergy secured $760 million for its Gemini Solar and Storage Project in Nevada, which integrates solar PV with BESS. Envirotech Vehicles ordered 3MW of modular digital infrastructure for a South Texas pilot site, following a $10.5 million financing agreement.
