Groupe Meloche has completed its first international acquisition by purchasing Groupe Rossi Aéro, bolstered by a $40 million financial support from the Government of Québec. This strategic move enhances Meloche’s capacity to serve major aerospace clients while maintaining its headquarters in Beauharnois, QC.

Groupe Meloche has acquired Groupe Rossi Aéro, a French aerospace components manufacturer, with the backing of Novacap and $40 million from Québec's government. This acquisition, which adds over 300 employees and generates more than €50 million in annual revenue, significantly enhances Meloche's presence in the European aerospace market, facilitating closer relationships with major clients such as Airbus and Dassault.
