Gruppo Azimut, via Azimut Investments S.A., invested €110 million in D-Orbit. The deal involved leading a funding round and acquiring shares from historical partners, including Indaco Venture Partners SGR.

The transaction was managed by Azimut's Alternative Investments team. Azimut was advised by Osborne Clarke for corporate aspects and Golden Power authorization. D-Orbit was supported by Eversheds Sutherland, and sellers were assisted by Orsingher Ortu for corporate matters, while Orrick advised some D-Orbit partners in the Round D.
