GS Caltex and Veolia Form Long-term Partnership for Sustainable Upgrades

GS Caltex has entered a strategic partnership with Veolia aimed at upgrading operations and sustainability at its Yeosu facility. This agreement, established during a visit by French President Emmanuel Macron, transitions from project-based collaboration to a long-term alliance.

The partnership will implement integrated solutions across environmental, energy, and digital sectors under a 'Triple-X' framework, covering business, digital, and green transformations. Key initiatives include optimizing wastewater treatment and deploying AI-based solutions for real-time data analysis, as well as implementing eco-friendly technologies to enhance emissions reduction and boost circular economy practices. This collaboration is poised to advance GS Caltex's ESG management objectives and improve operational efficiency.
